Hours of Operation - Providing service 7 days a week.
Visit hours depend on the individual needs of you and your pet, and the agreement I have with you during our consultation.  
Morning visits start as early as 6:30am and end around 10am.  Afternoon and evening visits start as early as 2pm and end around
6:30pm.  Some visits may start earlier or later.
A visit list will be provided when you come home as a record of your pet while you were away.

Telephone Hours and Messages
In order to give you the very best service, we strive to make communication a priority.
Telephone hours are from 9am - 7pm, 7 days a week.  Before or after these times, please feel free to leave a message on the
business or cell phone, or email on the Contact Us page.

Messages received after 7pm will be returned the following business day.  If we do not return your call during regular telephone
hours, I may be out of cell range or out on pet visits.  If you have a scheduling change, please leave a message on the options
provided.  To avoid inconvenience please make confirmation of reservations early, and alert us to changes promptly.

Pawsitive Pet Care Packages and Services
The Standard Visit - Dogs and Cats
Includes feeding, water refill, medication administration, relief break, litter scoop, doggie clean-up, limited
plant watering, adjustment of lights/drapes, mail/newspaper retrieval, garbage take out.
Barnyard Special - Dogs, Cats, and Farm Animal
Includes all standard visit care for your dogs and cats plus care and feeding for your farm animals.
Stall cleaning extra.
The Puppy Package - For puppies under 9 months
Includes 3 visits
Puppies need to be let out several times a day for relief, and checked more often for their safety. This
package also includes standard care.
Property Check
No Pets? Pawsitive Pet Care will check on your home or vacation property while you are away. Includes
watering, mail/newpaper retrieval, and a security walk through.
Special Needs Pets
Geriatric pets may need special care, more frequent relief breaks and assistance with walking. Includes
standard care package, plus extra attention for your pet whether they are recovering from an illness, or
need medication or nursing care. A Registered Veterinary Technician can work with your Veterinarian to
make sure that your pet is professionally cared for.
Felines Only - For the Cat Household Exclusively
Includes all of the standard care package plus individual attention for your feline family.
